lateshift.studio is run by me, Ryan. You work directly with the person designing and building your store, from the first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs, no one in between.

lateshift.studio exists because most growing brands don’t need a six-month custom build. They need someone who knows the best themes deeply and can make one feel like theirs.
So I build on Horizon and Stretch, spend your budget where shoppers notice, and hand over a store you can edit yourself.

You get a fixed-scope proposal with a clear price. A 50% deposit books your start date.

You see it build
A preview link and a short update every week, straight from the person doing the work.
- 04Plus 14 days of support
I stay after launch
We go live together, I fix anything that comes up for two weeks, and hand over a recorded training video.
